There is even an important message embedded in that clip, one that is the make or break for chuubas be within Holo or outside

It doesn't necessarily mean "romantic love", sometimes it is just a very emotional appreciation for the company and entertainment the chuuba proves to the audience.
If I had one advice for chuubas (specially for those outside Hololive) it would be

Accept the love your audience displays for you and give back ten fold and make them know how much you appreciate it.
