I forgot to raise examples where (being) B in Aに限ってB is not necessarily negative or very surprising, like the following post I randomly found on 5ch.

(TN:革ジャン = a leather jacket, チョッパー乗り = a rider of a chopper-style motorcycle)
It sounds more like a normal and neutral contrasting.
