Here's the thing I want to give a lot of image and the 90s credit for as a whole, While you can certainly levy A LOT of criticism towards them, and while a lot of it would be valid, they always had this energy where they were coming in swinging like this was all gonna be the coolest shit ever. Was it? Probably not. But they were trying to be. They had moxi. And they at least wanted to make comic books. You look at creators now and they're either embarrassed of the material or just using it is a stepping stone for a potential netflix deal. So Cyberforce, Young Blood, Wildcats?
