Cammy would try to cook for you if you brought it up in conversation that you'd like it, but she'd be really bad at it and you'd both laugh and have to get takeout.
Ryu would make some horrible but very filling and healthy slop, like chanko but shitty.
Viper would make you a home cooked meal and probably leg lock you into trying to give her another kid
Chun would make something for you that would be too hard for her to try and impress you and ultimately Li-Fen would notice and cook up a second meal that all 3 of us would eat together.
