At this point they just can't (or won't) compete with Asia, it sucks for the few young men who still want to enjoy cartoons, but even the creatives are out here complaining about how they don't want to make anything that appeals to men, so it's best to look towards the people who DO want to appeal to men, and those people are in the east.
