Yeah I just really like the multiplicative equipment for each slot in 4 plus he has magna so he can make full use of the Vuln mask, but you're right the world off-element can be trouble at times. 3 is also a great pick because you can build into Foggy with 0 cost or pivot into the exhaust gear. Event world has foggy so it's right behind world 3 for me. I'd say at a glimpse, I'd recommend by default 3 > 4 = Event > the rest with a special exceptions for world 5 making anti-judas build and world 2 fishing for Formica's Spear to make anti-aoe builds.

Speaking of, made thing for list of decent multiplicative gear from each world except 5 because I got lazy. Missing one or two good additive choices and viable cthulu/shop gear but in general it's an ok snap shot
