I dont believe this is true. can anyone cite a source for this or is this just tumblr bullshit? it sounds like alot of these claims are using isolated incidents or beliefs and applying them to unrelated areas. how come no one brings up that in germania whores were shaved, stripped, spit on, beaten and chased from the village by her own clansmen?
