Have you not heard of the recent controversy of Hydaelyn cafe promotional materials?

How does an art commission outsourced by officials have so many mistakes? This is why I don't commission artists that don't do revision stages.

At least they are sending it back to fix it, or perhaps they already did and didn't finish on time to show it off. It was even shown to the Japanese officials for review. These are supposed to be printed on coasters or something.
