FL state prisons are no joke. When I was locked up in CO I had a cellie who did time in Florida and he told me some stories. He said that one time there was an inmate who was talking shit to the guards and they hand-cuffed him, dragged him to his cell, then stripped and beat him 3 on 1 while he was still cuffed. Then you still have to worry about the inmates.

I read that he was charged with 3 counts of vehicular homicide which carrries a maximum sentence of 15 years in Florida. He'll probably plea to 5-10 conccurent then get deported upon release.
