However, considering how almost all the voicelines in 6.0's quest are from females(and the SQ/AQ are now integrated so Flins and Lauma have no quests of their own separate from the story) then MHY clearly does not believe that focus on males is important.

Anon if you wanted to go by superfluous "popularity" in these communities then Flins has more art and gets more attention but that's because social media is full of parasitic women who sit in fandoms of games they don't even play just to leech off of it.

Now look at in-game content and see the opposite where out of the top 13 characters next patch only two are male, one of them is Aether and the other(Flins) has barely more than half of Lauma's.
