1. What is the purpose of learning about our past lives? Is this part of our current soul journey to learn who we were, our past karma we cleared and lessons that we learned?

2. I had a past life regression under QHHT by a practioner who studied under Brian Wiess and Dolores Canon. I saw a life as a White Arcturian, an Ancient Egyptian temple architect for sound healing and an Ancient Egyptian prince that couldn't be king. I saw past relationships that didn't work out or ended too early. I also stepped through a stargate in the 50's and had left my wife behind, due to a greater purpose to explore and understand.

Yet what I didn't understand is ... wtf was I supposed to learn from that insight?
