i guess do the new AQ? You're gonna have to do it to enter Nod-Krai (probably not due to the quickstart mechanic), but it's good to do anyways.
Other than that, try to explore the new Natlan area (easybreeze resort) so you get the exploration primogems. Otherwise, once Nod-Krai comes out, your entire time will be occupied there and you won't be able to get the primos from the event.
