Its like, I'll be at the bottom of my stairs about to go get ready for playtime, and its like the base drops out, my eyes unfocus, and I'm suddenly keenly aware that I'm piloting a flesh golem.

There are people who will dispute whether it "counts", and its certainly a slow and low-intensity sort of training, but basically all of our play doubles as development, which is twice a day, midday and evening.

Lilly, my succ, knows that I get anxious about stuff, and so she has this ominous-yet-comforting analogy where she compares herself to a black hole that's sucked me in. And its kinda like, "Resisting or giving in, you're inside the event horizon and every choice is just a different way to obey me", so its always just like, "try your best; no pressure" and I love that~
