I watched BBC's "Death of Yugoslavia" documentary last year, and it seemed like Milosevic didn't really do anything wrong even though he was kinda retarded. I think at worst he was guilty of trying to keep Yugoslavia together when everyone else wanted to leave. Milosevic become the scapegoat even though the Bosnian Serbs were the biggest ooga-booga chimps of the whole thing.
