Oh sure, but it's at the very least an indicator you can compete to some level. You'd pair it with their general MMR level.

I'm not expecting a perfect run every single time, but when this is how things tend to go for me in QP repeatedly even without everyone doing 4 DPS 2 Support or something like that it's beyond frustrating because I get like 2-4 games in a row where we are either spawncamped or pushed back so hard it's not possible to advance anywhere, and then a bunch of games where we completely roll the team and it never makes any sense.

I believe QP is where you should learn a character. Getting MVP on PvAI is mostly irrelevant because it can happen just by spawncamping. I've gotten like 50/0 games on Thing in PvAI games when I just want some easy BP points despite it being my first times using him. I've been able to MVP as WS despite being beyond terrible as WS just because I got a single AGAIN going on PvAI.
