This is probably a weird nitpick on my part but I don't really like it when the h-game ends after the ending. I want to be able to immerse myself living day-to-day with the girl(s) after marriage and pregnancy or whatever. I know I can usually just keep a save before the ending but that just isn't the same. It's one of the few things I like about modded Skyrim over traditional h-games, I can keep adventuring and stuff with my virtual wife and then go home and have loving sex with her every day. I just wish there were more 2d hentai games where I could get this experience.
