A lot of them are finding out right now that the rules changed.
They can't renew their visa's while in Canada or in Europe. They have to do it at the US consulates in India and do an in-person interview and a vast majority of the H1B jeets can't speak a lick of English. If they can it's in that bizarre jeet dialect that makes American/British English speakers think that they're having a stroke.
