>the animal is WELL BEHAVED
Fuck off I have cats that found their way to my house after being abused by their owners, and even 15 years later they still act like I'm going to hit them when I raise my hand to pet them.
Animals remember shit way more than you realize, once I accidently threw a frisbee at one of my cats and hit her on the nose, we would play catch with it but this one throw just bonked her nose, 6 years later she saw a frisbee and it was red not green, and ran and went into hiding immediately.
If you're shocking your pet you're harming it and it remembers every single time it happened.
So continuous shocking is why it's "Well behaved"
it thinks it's living in a prison of physical harm and it can't escape, so it's accepted.
I do hope this dog rips his face off.
