The funny thing about all of this how that won't happen at all.

I've been self employed for 15 years. Currently I "work" 40 hours a week. But my office is my gaming computer, so if WoW is being played for 35 of those hours and no boss means making 20k a year I get all the benefits. No one comes in and checks. There is no oversight committee. All i deal with is an interview every 6 months asking if I'm still working 40 hours a week.

It's a joke. The only people effected by this are going to be dumb and innocent people.
