No, Firefly still is, to this very day, the most shamefully overt massive shilling campaign that Hoyo has ever undergone and she is the literal definition of forced popularity as it is virtually impossible for them to have spent that much money promoting a character through so many platforms and types of media and not have the character be "popular" through sheer reach alone. No character in Genshin or ZZZ has received something even resembling the same level of promotion that she got. This general can say what they want about Vivian, but at least most Vivianfags like her on an intrinsic level and not because they were constantly bombarded with sensory overload until Hoyo convinced them that they actually love her.
