The intelligence services of every western state are loyal to Israel and nothing else.
A competent domestic intelligence service would never allow itself to be used by another agency like this. Whether the allegations were true or false, and they are obviously made up on the spot. The threat to the state's sovereignty is too much and is precisely what the agency is supposed to be protecting. Yet here we are.

The entire post 9/11 western security apparatus has turned intelligence agencies into little more than mall cops for the Israeli empire, at public expense. The whole rotten pile of them should be wound down and all funding cut. Terrorists blowing up bombs intermittently is unironically better than having your country sold for a song to the likes of the Israelis.
