>start putting in applications to other white collar jobs
>going on month 4 with no responses
>savings starting to dry up
>decide to swallow my pride and go back into fast food
>get hired pretty quickly at a local dominos
>no sick leave, no PTO, no health insurance
>starting pay is 12$ (they were going to pay me 9$ until I convinced them i had manager experience)
>coworkers are mostly blacks and white trash
>first day on the job and witnessed two delivery drivers threaten to kill each other over orders
>pretty sure I caught the General Manager snorting coke in the bathroom
>people routinely just not show up for work but still somehow keep their jobs
>store hires literal sex offenders and puts them on the same shift as HS kids
>used to a big boy job and having actual consequences so I tend to speak up about retarded behavior
>immediately get put on everyone's shit list for it
>one week passes and during a lunch rush, I tell the shift supervisor im going to take piss
>walk out behind the store, get in my car and never come back
>phone is blowing up with message/missed calls
>ignore them and take out a loan to get me by a few more months
Man that fucking sucked. For those of you that have to do these kinds of jobs for the rest of your lives how have you NOT killed yourselves yet???
