smells like trolls/U.S. intelligence trying fan the conspiratorial flames. I wouldn't doubt that NGO/intelligence programs are reallllly pusing divide and conquer because of the upcoming economic catastrophe, but this just smells like the Q-Anon "rabbit hole" of fake nonsense to lure in the dumbest of the dumb.
