It wasn't for a long time but it has gotten excellent and they wisely didn't load some stupid current Android version. It has 13 for the maximum compatibility. I'd still use emulation station tho, it's better than everything.

Early reviews says it does so well enough but PS2 emulation in general is ass no matter what you're using unless you're on PC.
