If anything, as you can very clearly see, after the sex episode there was a way flatter line while after episode 5/6 it kept curving up and down. It's almost like this is clearly just binge players coming in while the game keeps spreading its word of mouth and there's nothing about the sex scene in particular that changed the equation. You're projecting your ideas onto the rest of the game's paying audience.
