Some quick questions:
Does Initial Friendship gauge apply only to the card its on, or does it affect every card?
Also, are the stats more important than the skills present in the cards? Like say, would 20 Initial speed be more important than any bad skills on the card?

Is there a way to check thresholds for career races before you get in them or is it just trial and error
