Honestly sometimes I wish it wasn't CP and Valve WAS banning way more games, because holy shit these days is it hard to dig through the catalog there.
My current strategy has been combing through the OLD OLD top sellers to see if there's anything good I've missed that's still on steam and hasn't been delisted, but DAMN would it be great if it wasn't so fucking horrible to dig through the current day catalog for some new shit
