they don't know what an LLMs is, or how it works, or how it is trained, or the capabilities it has, or how neural-networks are a very old concept, how it took many many years for "AI" to step into this moment, how this process is not linear, is more like a chemical reaction, that one it starts it takes a live of its own
even the top experts of AI don't agree about basically anything, and have changed their opinions radically in the last 3 years
people don't understand AI as a concept
let alone the pace of evolution
let alone the short-term and long-term implications, which are impossible to guess, but we can at least try
