They will play a good cop bad cop game to fool humans. Greys/reptilians will play the bad guys who will be defeated by the (fake) good guys who are also bad and evil but in a more deceptive way. Good cop aliens will tell humanity to accept good alien rule over humanity for the 'safety of humanity'. They will claim humanity would go extinct, killed by other alien races if we do not accept their protection deal.
