If the case was simple there would be nothing to remain silent about, but since he does, it def proves there's a game going on behind the scenes.
As an example, there were a number of lines painted and the consequences of crossing each were communicated. He has a lot of kids. Could very well be that there are good reasons to keep it down for now. And I really hope he wins in the end.
