Who is there even left to add? Mai's useless friends? Tsubakimen? Xblaze or Bloodedge Experience characters? Dark War OCs like Ciel?
I struggle to think of a single character that would get people actually interested. I guess they could always bring in non-BB guest characters, but that'd be an entirely different level of sad.
