but have you tried the caramel flavored ones? (or like brown sugar and cinnamon i think? theyre iced with a light brown icing instead of dark like chocolate lol)

thank you for this. im actually feeling pretty motivated now. i dont know if ill be free of myself but i should at least try and push back again, even though i feel worse than dead most days lol.
ill try to start up a journal too. my mind has felt nebulous and distant from myself for a long time and hopefully writing can bring me back to focus.
