Sup Nerissa I hope you've been well. Resting and chilling I hope! I have some stuff to share with you. I talked about banana pancakes one time and I found this recipe thats pretty close.
>Everything You Can Do With Leftover Bananas (Don't Waste Them!)

At 1:31 he makes banana pancakes that are nearly identical to the ones I used to make except that where he uses greek yogurt I used buttermilk. But I just discovered that buttermilk is an inferior version of kefir. So use kefir instead. Tell your brother that if you add peanut butter and honey they're perfect for bulking.

I've been thinking about food a lot. If you had to pick a final meal, what would you pick to eat? For me it'd likely be boeuf bourguignon which I already shared the recipe. It's so good, you definately have to make it. I can't vouch for chef jp's recipe but everything he makes is good so I would trust it. It's similar enough to the one I make anyway.

Are you a good cook? If not you will be after learning from chef jp. I was stoked when I found chef jp because he makes a lot of the food I grew up eating. So if you make and eat his food, you'll mostly eat what I grew up eating and what I still eat to this day.
>How to Make a Traditional Key Lime Pie
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1SnJ0PtNcQ
I had to share some desserts, this is tied for my favorite pie. It's like the national symbol of Florida and I've never met a anyone that didn't love this pie. Non americans especially love it. It's especially good for people that love citrus desserts and "tart" flavors like myself. I would eat this everyday if I could.
>Grand Marnier Souffle
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xyvsql9P9Cs
This is my mother's favorite dessert. Desserts are not generally something I make, theyre generally something I buy but you're free to make this. You'd probably do a great job at it! You'd be the superstar of your dinner parties for making this souffle.
>The Best HAM AND CHEESE Sandwich Ever Made
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LwqoYzgu_OU
I also had to share this recipe. When it comes to brunch, this is THE brunch food. I love eggs, i'm a huge egg eater so when I make it it has to be the croque madame version which has an egg on top. This is my go to brunch food to make if i'm not feeling lazy.
>Tips For Making The Perfect Scrambled Eggs

Otherwise I make an egg, bacon, and cheese croissant sandwich with avocado. Which is way faster to make. Basically this recipe but in a toasted croissant with bacon, cheese, and avocado. Make it for your family! A lot of people don't know how to cook eggs but now you do! I dont put the sparkling water that he does, i think it's weird. But those are my two favorite brunch sandwiches and it's more or less what I eat for brunch if I make it myself.

He also has an omelette recipe that you can follow if you've never had french style omelettes. There're really good but I do also enjoy the american style ones. It depends on what mood i'm in. Anyway good job Nerissa! You'll be the best cook in your family! You'll soon learn the difference between the good stuff from the not so good stuff.
