I don't understand the hate on Nintendo and the Switch, or at least for the things typically bitch about. If you want to give them shit over being too litigious like about Palworld and streamers/tournaments then yeah I get it.

But most people shit on the dumbest things while ignoring the fact that Nintendo has been the LEAST woke and gay of all the companies. Their games have been pretty consistent over the years and some of the best titles. Can you say the same about the shovelware that other AAA studios have been pushing?

The Switch is also one of the best console for physical releases and support. If you care about ownership, its your best option of any. I am pretty sure the next gen PlayStation and Xbox will remove the option for physical media entirely.

and? The Switch is the best selling console of all time, passing the venerable PS2. All it needed was a spec bump, not a huge shake up. Meanwhile PC games just replace their 2070 with a 3070 and pat themselves on the back. But when Nintendo replaces their 1070 with a 3070 it's somehow a bad thing? Make it make sense. The entire criticism of the Switch has been underpowered, and now it isn't. Yet people herald the Steam Deck and ROG Allys despite the Switch 2 now eclipsing it.

At least be consistent.
