US envoy says Russia's attacks 'threaten the peace Trump is pursuing'

We've just had the first reaction from the Trump administration to the Russian attack on Kyiv overnight.

Donald Trump's Ukraine envoy Keith Kellogg said: "The targets? Not soldiers and weapons but residential areas in Kyiv—blasting civilian trains, the EU & British mission council offices, and innocent civilians.

"These egregious attacks threaten the peace that Trump is pursuing."
