By their own numbers Clio is literally 0.5% in total watch hours but isn't counted as Phase when they add up total agency watch hours which would put them over 1.1%
They also tripled the sample size from just a year ago by flooding it with indies

Its almost like they are lying with the numbers, hiding how badly watch time overall has decreased with vtubers

Lets say I own stock in the major corpos and I want my shares to go up AND I run or at the very least have influence on one of the companies that collect metrics for my industry
What I would do to boost my share price is in the next quarterly report of my industry, just nudge the sample size a little bit bigger to give the illusion of growth and if anyone ask give some bullshit how it better reflects the state of the industry

Uh oh but now with a genuine industry decline just adding a couple thousand doesn't cut it anymore, if I wanted to mitigate severe damage to my portfolio I'm going to PUMP those numbers up and just flood the sample size with indies to make sure the watch time is only looking like a gentle decline and not a fucking heart attack drop
