There are two explanations for why Alice is not on the list, either the locker and list were made by two different workers and one forgot (the list also has typos like corrppted), or they noticed Alice doesn't fit on theist due to her having a five letter name, the list can display four at max.
Real reason is that they wanted to feature different workers on the list (like making Temmer into tmmr), someone at Glitch once spoke about this but I forgot where it was said.
An in universe reason could be that CFL was badly organized so drones got names before they started the limited list, which in turn meant those with longer names now had to get aliases, it's bs but it is something
