I do agree, I just think they won't be able to manage their farmland properly. They don't really utilize nitrogen fertilizers or machines like combine harvesters in large quantity. Whatever they use, is usually imported from China, they don't manufacture anything themselves. Most importantly, majority of Africa currently relies on imported food to feed their population, and said population is growing rapdily faster than their agricultural capacity. The only way I see for them to advance rapidly in that regard is being turned into a Chinese colony.
