DNA does not say anything about the origins of the Proto-Uralic language.
DNA says things about where the speakers lived, how they looked and who they were related to, when they spoke Proto-Uralic, about 4500 years ago.

Proto-Uralic was formed in Central-Eastern Siberia, before its speakers started rapidly migrating West.
Finngolians have about 10% of these ancient markers in their DNA. Estonians about 2%. Hungarians almost none, but in the Middle Ages the percentage was much higher.
