Yes, by cherrypicking the most useless sig in the game. Maybe your advice worked in 1.x but it's not true anymore. Getting sigs for your main dps is reasonably attainable for new players, and it's worth the rolls if it's a big upgrade (which for most 2.x characters, it has been).
