Honestly if yall wanna do this without having to install anything there's a telegram bot that works fairly well. You can earn credits by their lottery system or pay for them (you can earn enough with the lottery thing to make quite a few images). If you wanna pay for it you can even make gifs and shit like that. It's honestly pretty solid and doesn't require you to render shit on your GPU.
