Vivian is a character that's as strong as the Anomaly character you're pairing her with, so the issue might be there. That being said, you could definitely give yours some more Anamoly Mastery from the right disk, like the other anon said.

The other issue just might be from feather management, in which case Astra is very good, but Yuzuha can also help her compensate as well.
