I'm having trouble understanding what's there even to be excited about in this game
>same repetitive gloomy backgrounds
>same samey basic character designs
>same barebones background story
>same basic gameplay

I'm not saying it's going to be bad, I just don't understand the hype, usually when people are hyped for something it's about wanting to see what happens with the characters or the story, or cool new places, or exciting new wild types of gameplay or SOMETHING, even if it's just shinier graphics

Being hyped for this to me feels like being hyped for a level pack DLC in VVVVVV
