Like, most characters have f+K for a launcher and PPPK or PPfPK or dfPPPPK for combos.
Meanwhile Akira launcher is: P+G, release G after 1 frame, and your average combo chain is P+K+G b df P+K d b/f P and you have to execute each hit in 2 frames or it won't work. He also has throws that don't throw, just mess up the enemy stance and puts him at a 1 frame advantage. And don't get me started on his counter attacks (G b/bd/d P, if it whiffs he just punches).
