Unironically Gallagher with QPQ and 161+ SPD (mine's 165) makes a huge difference in terms of Yunli and Robin ult uptimes.
Also I just reset a huge amount of times for the ideal wave 1 RNG where I'm able to just barely 0 cycle it, leaving me two cycles (cycle 0 and cycle 1) to clear Hoolay.
