What causes this retardation?

A 2015 survey of roughly 3,000 American trans women showed that at least 60% were attracted to women. Of the trans women respondents 27% answered gay, lesbian, or same-gender-loving, 20% answered bisexual, 19% heterosexual, 16% pansexual, 6% answered asexual, 6% queer, and 6% did not answer.

Compare that to studies on cis women that consistently find around 90–95% of cis women identify as heterosexual, 1–5% identify as lesbian, and another 3–5% identify as bisexual or queer.

So 9 out of 10 cis women are exclusively into men, but only 2 in 10 trans women are exclusively into men.

Why?
