There are general trends. In the early 90s, most Marvel artists were aping Jim Lee or Todd McFarlane. In the mid 90s through the early 00s, it was Joe Mad-adjacent. After the early 00s, Bryan Hitch and other more detailed, more nearly realistic styles. Just look at 90s Bagley, where he was copying Todd and 00s Bagley where he was copying Bryan.
Though you're right that a lot of those artists are far too different to lump them all as "house style" guys.

Here's the evolution of Mark Bagley's art from 1994 to 2004. At first he was an Extreme guy, drawing an anatomically-inaccurate-but-visually-interesting woman with a massively stacked chest and broken back. Then he Hitch'd himself, still stylized but adhering more nearly accurately to realistic proportions.
