I like the idea of black Lori being a lot more strict, authoritarian and downright more terrifying to her sisters than white Lori because unlike white Lori black Lori never had a Lincoln to help her tard wrangle her siblings and black Rita had to rely a lot more on her to help the family because their black dad was distant and hands off with his daughters. The stress and pressure of basically raising her sisters and losing out on half her childhood had left her bitter.

She starts warming up to Lincoln when one day she wakes up to find she has rare day off, her fist in years, with no obligations or any of her sisters are bugging her and finds that Lincoln without anyone asking him to has started helping all the sisters with their hobbies and has miraculously managed to stop any fights from breaking out.
