There was this guy at my school that had the shortest height and looked like a kid until he had the most ridiculous growth spurt and ended up at the last year of high school. That being said, he never got bullied for his height (that I know of). He had a fairly normal social life and his young look probably held most people back from outright bullying him. He was in a limbo state where most saw him as a interesting outlier.
