Leader of "United Russia" in the so-called "DPR" threatened criminal cases against residents complaining about water shortages.
Instead of dealing with the problem, Russia threatens victims.
Valeriy Skorokhodov, head of the “United Russia” faction in the so-called “People’s Council of the DPR,” called for criminal cases to be opened against residents of Donetsk who complained to the chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, about the catastrophic lack of water.
Skorokhodov called the citizens’ complaints “complete lies” and stated that their purpose was “to stir up and destabilize the situation within the country” in the interests of “some third forces.”
